Freeform Linked Bracelet

Beautifully interwoven links of silver covered with intricate designs and hidden flashes of color from stones caught in a web of silver!  Learn the secrets of creating this bracelet for your self!  Students will learn to work with leather hard PMC, weaving a beautiful pattern for a bracelet and setting stones into the piece,  also making matching earrings from the same pattern. 

MATERIALS IN KIT: Fine Silver wire and an assortment of stones for setting. Work surface, pattern sheets and assorted tools necessary for this project will be provided for student use.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED BY STUDENT:  Jewelry pliers, round nose & chain nose. A roller for rolling out the clay and a container to keep your left over scraps of PMC.

British Sugarpaste Flowers

Use English sugarpaste techniques to create flowers in PMC.  Make at least one flower and oak leaf using cutters and veiners.

MATERIALS IN KIT: One set of cutters and shapers to create a daisy and cuter and veiner to make an oak leaf. Moth Orchid and Quick Rose sets will be also be available to buy.

Heart of Enamel

Discover the world of champleve using PMC3 and Japanese enamels.  Students will create a custom free-form heart image using coiling techniques. Transparent enamels will be added to create this colorful heart. Contemporary enamel techniques will be addressed and ideas for achievable enamel workspace. This class will create a happy heart for all students.

MATERIALS IN KIT: Enamels needed for project, enameling tools,spoons, class handouts.
